Some tickets, especially promotional or discounted fares, may be non-refundable and non-changeable once issued.
2. Same-Day Cancellations
A £75 agency cancellation fee per passenger applies to all same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of booking).
In addition to the agency fee, airline cancellation or fare difference charges (if any) will also apply as per the airline’s policy.
Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s rules for the selected fare type.

Most Business Class fares offer flexible cancellation and amendment options.
Airline charges and fare differences will apply as per their fare rules.

Refunds may take 8–12 weeks depending on the airline or payment method.
Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
